DeliveriesItems that are in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery dates for items that are not in stock vary by brand. You will be provided with an estimated delivery date after your order is placed. To return a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging. It must be returned within 14 days. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 01-7099070 to arrange. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. National Lighting can organise a collection for a small charge, if required. If there is a fault with the item, National Lighting will cover the cost of the return. Any missing parts or damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

All goods supplied are covered by the normal manufacturers' warranty. If an item has failed prematurely, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 01-7099070 with details of the fault. Certain products may need to be returned to the supplier for inspection before a credit will be issued.
