  • Where are you located? We are based just off the Nangor Road in Dublin 12.
  • What are your opening hours? We are open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 11am to 5pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and bank holiday Mondays.
  • How can I place an order?You can place an order online, over the phone or in our showroom
  • Some items say available to order, does this mean they are not in stockYes. Items that say available to order are not in stock and will have a lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks
  • How do I pay for my order Online orders are paid by card. Orders in store can be paid for by card, cash or financed by HUMM
  • When can I expect my delivery? If an item is in stock, it will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do.
  • How can I return my order? Orders can be returned in store for a full refund within 30 days. Items must be returned in perfect condition. A collection can be arranged, if needed, at the customer’s expense.
  • Can I change my order after it has been placed? If the order has not been processed, it will be possible to make changes. Please call the showroom on 01-7099070 to arrange this. 
  • How do I track the status of my order? You can contact the showroom on 01-7099070 to track your order. 
  • I did not receive an email confirmation of my order? Please send an email to onlineorders@nationallighting.ie to follow up.
  • My order is damaged. What do I do? Please contact the showroom on 01-7099070 and one of our sales consultants will be happy to help.
